What we clear

Here at Prestbury clearance our team is fully trained in waste management and disposal. We clear from single rooms to full houses. Domestic and commercial clients are both welcome, there’s no job too big or too small for us.

We understand that hidden treasures can be found in the most unexpected places. That’s why we can offer free clearances or a discount if there are items which hold value. Please feel free to inquire as you may qualify for this offer.

We always aim to recycle or reuse as many items as we can from properties, Garages, Houses, Offices and Sheds. If it can be used again lets make it happen and try to reduce the amount of waste that goes to landfill sites.

Before we dispose of any items we will ensure that it cannot be recovered to the owner (for sentimental or Monitory value) or be recycled to charity shops and organisations.
As with any clearance there maybe some items that we may not be able to clear or will require a third party service due to special council permits. This may increase any quotation price that was given as additional costs may occur to remove those items and may require a premium clearance.
Some general items are listed below but others may be included, however we will advise the client of any additional services required and costs before proceeding.
